Renovation of a contemporary villa

As a general contractor, we carried out and coordinated the renovation of a villa in Cap d’Antibes. Major structural work was required to achieve this result. All the structural work, masonry and hard surfacing was carried out by our own workforce. We carried out several underpinning operations to knock down load-bearing walls with a view to creating a large living space. The upper floor was reinforced to accommodate a jacuzzi on the roof terrace. On the finishing side, the house was renovated from plumbing to joinery to meet the luxury standards of a modern villa. The villa is fully home-automated.
