Nous intervenons pour la construction, la r\u00e9novation, de villas et d\u2019immeubles<\/strong> pour le compte de clients priv\u00e9s, d\u2019architectes<\/strong> et de promoteurs sur toute la C\u00f4te d’Azur ; <\/strong>de Menton <\/strong>\u00e0 Saint-Tropez<\/strong>, en passant par Monaco<\/strong>, Nice<\/strong>, Cap d’Antibes<\/strong>, Mougins<\/strong>, Grasse<\/strong>, Cannes<\/strong> etc. \u00a0Nous poss\u00e9dons des bureaux et un d\u00e9p\u00f4t situ\u00e9s au Cannet<\/strong>, un parc de v\u00e9hicules, des engins de chantier et du mat\u00e9riel r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement renouvel\u00e9. Nos \u00e9quipes sont pilot\u00e9es par des chefs de chantiers exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s qui assurent la coordination, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et le contr\u00f4le des travaux.<\/p>\n

Nous avons au sein de l\u2019entreprise deux ing\u00e9nieurs qui travaillent en \u00e9troite collaboration avec diff\u00e9rents bureaux d\u2019\u00e9tudes techniques (BET) pour l\u2019\u00e9tablissement des plans b\u00e9ton arm\u00e9 ou m\u00e9tallique. Nous sommes particuli\u00e8rement sollicit\u00e9s pour des travaux techniquement exigeants<\/strong> aussi bien en r\u00e9novation qu\u2019en construction neuve de Menton jusqu’\u00e0 Saint-Tropez.<\/p>\n

Les travaux de terrassement et le gros \u0153uvre<\/strong> marquent la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape d\u2019un projet de construction. B\u00e2tir des fondations solides est crucial quel que soit le projet. Habitu\u00e9s \u00e0 entreprendre des constructions neuves<\/strong>, essentiellement dans des villas de luxe<\/strong>, nous avons tout l\u2019\u00e9quipement n\u00e9cessaire pour construire maisons et petits immeubles en b\u00e9ton. A partir des plans d’architecte<\/strong> et des pr\u00e9conisations du bureau d\u2019\u00e9tudes, nous r\u00e9alisons des projets sur tous types de terrains.<\/p>\n

Nos chefs d\u2019\u00e9quipes et nos compagnons sont habitu\u00e9s \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser des travaux n\u00e9cessitant un haut niveau de technicit\u00e9<\/strong> dans des conditions souvent d\u00e9licates. A titre d’exemple, apr\u00e8s de lourds travaux d\u2019excavation \u00e0 flanc de colline \u00e0 Th\u00e9oule-sur-Mer, nous avons assembl\u00e9 une villa \u00e0 partir de modules transport\u00e9s par bateaux depuis Duba\u00ef. En construction, comme en r\u00e9novation, le gros \u0153uvre est un des postes les plus d\u00e9licats. Constituant la structure et donc la colonne vert\u00e9brale du b\u00e2timent, le gros \u0153uvre<\/strong> n\u00e9cessite une certaine technicit\u00e9 et un certain savoir-faire. Si les travaux de gros \u0153uvre concernent souvent le domaine de la construction<\/strong>, il est \u00e9galement courant d\u2019intervenir sur la structure d\u2019un b\u00e2timent lors d\u2019une r\u00e9novation<\/strong>. Ces travaux de r\u00e9novation sont souvent plus compliqu\u00e9s \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre qu\u2019une construction neuve et n\u00e9cessitent une expertise diff\u00e9rente.<\/p>\n

Habitu\u00e9s \u00e0 travailler sur des b\u00e2timents existants<\/strong>, nous sommes souvent sollicit\u00e9s pour la r\u00e9habilitation d\u2019anciens immeubles ou pour des travaux structurels dans des villas. Dans le cas d’une r\u00e9novation importante, la d\u00e9molition<\/strong> peut \u00eatre une \u00e9tape cl\u00e9.
\nLa mise en place d\u2019un p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 est primordiale surtout dans des zones fr\u00e9quent\u00e9es comme en centre-ville.
