Lors de travaux de d\u00e9caissement, par exemple pour gagner en hauteur sous plafond dans votre rez-de-jardin, ou pour cr\u00e9er un vide sanitaire, il ne suffit pas simplement de creuser et de couler un nouveau plancher… <\/span><\/p>\n

En effet, il se peut que les fondations de votre maison individuelle soient d\u00e9chauss\u00e9es par ces travaux. Il faut alors les ancrer \u00e0 un niveau inf\u00e9rieur, les approfondir, afin de reconstituer les assises de votre maison. Plut\u00f4t que de les casser et de les refaire, on pr\u00e9f\u00e9rera la plupart du temps effectuer une reprise en sous-\u0153uvre des fondations.<\/p>\n

Mais vous ne pouvez pas vous attaquer \u00e0 toutes vos fondations en m\u00eame temps, au risque de voir votre maison se fissurer. Lorsque vous r\u00e9alisez une reprise en sous-oeuvre, c’est-\u00e0-dire que vous excavez la terre sous votre semelle de fondation sans pr\u00e9caution, celle-ci n\u2019est plus support\u00e9e et cela peut engendrer des sinistres.

Une m\u00e9thode de reprise en sous-oeuvre : les \u00ab\u00a0passes altern\u00e9es\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong><\/h2>\n

La m\u00e9thode la plus employ\u00e9e pour contrecarrer ce probl\u00e8me est celle dite des \u00ab passes altern\u00e9es \u00bb. Cela consiste \u00e0 excaver la terre et \u00e0 caler au b\u00e9ton votre fondation sur un lin\u00e9aire de seulement un m\u00e8tre \u00e0 la fois. De cette mani\u00e8re, le poids de la maison continue de se d\u00e9charger de part et d\u2019autre de l\u2019ouverture. On reproduit ce travail simultan\u00e9ment 2 ou 3 m\u00e8tres plus loin en fonction de l\u2019\u00e9tat des sols. Lors de cette premi\u00e8re passe, un quart \u00e0 un tiers de vos fondations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 reprises en sous-\u0153uvre. L\u2019int\u00e9gralit\u00e9 des fondations est trait\u00e9e en 3 ou 4 passes.<\/span><\/p>\n

On parle aussi commun\u00e9ment de \u00ab\u00a0reprise en touches de piano\u00a0\u00bb, l\u2019essentiel \u00e9tant de bien jouer toutes les notes\u00a0!<\/span><\/p>\n
