Construction of a villa on the French Riviera - About the project

Our general construction company assembled a luxury villa in Théoule-sur-Mer, on the French Riviera, using modules transported by ship from Dubai. This extraordinary project illustrates our expertise in managing complex, large-scale operations. The house was built entirely in Dubai, then carefully dismantled and packed into specially adapted shipping containers for transport by sea to France.

Upon arrival, we undertook heavy excavation work on the hillside to prepare the ground for the villa. Meticulous foundation work was then carried out, completed by the millimetre-precise installation of metal beams to form a perfectly stable base. We also built a reinforced concrete car park, a veritable structural base, on which the villa is anchored and which allows it to be securely fastened to the rock face, guaranteeing safety and durability.

The success of this project was based on an in-depth structural report, which was essential for accurately dimensioning the foundations and modelling the static and dynamic stresses of the entire structure. The structural engineer, who was present at every stage, supervised and validated the technical choices to ensure the project’s compliance and reliability. Finally, our role as a structural engineering company was decisive: thanks to ongoing dialogue with the various stakeholders, we optimised the implementation, reconciling architectural requirements, technical innovation and quality of execution.
