Shazad Construction is recruiting a Masonry Team Leader to join their full-service construction company
Do you enjoy leading, organizing and building? As a Masonry Team Leader, you will be responsible for organizing and ensuring the proper execution of masonry work on our construction sites.
Location : Le Cannet
Contract : CDI (Permanent) – Full time
Salary : Based on experience + bonuses
Your missions
- Supervise and motivate a small team of masons (2 to 3 workers)
- Read and interpret blueprints
- Organize the worksite and assign tasks
- Carry out and oversee masonry work (foundations, formwork, underpinning, retaining walls, etc.)
- Ensure quality and safety on site
Profile sought
- Proven experience in masonry (minimum 5 years)
- First successful experience in team supervision
- Autonomous, rigorous, and responsible
- Category B driving license
- Must be able to understand and communicate effectively in French
