We carry out white glove services for private individuals and professionals, with over 30 years of experience in the renovation and construction of luxury villas, swimming pools and buildings from Menton to Saint-Tropez, via Cannes, Antibes, Monaco and more.
As an established general contractor in Cannes, we manage complex luxury villa renovation and large-scale construction with complete structural authority. Our in-house teams specialize in structural renovation, foundation consolidation, underpinning, reinforced concrete structures, retaining walls, and luxury swimming pool construction. Thanks to in-depth expertise in local land and planning regulations, we ensure each property is built to the highest standards of durability, precision, and craftsmanship.

Our vast expertise in high end construction led to the creation of Shazad Conception – our design and architectural agency, dedicated to delivering the same refined quality, precision, and bespoke approach from the earliest stages of a project – offering clients a full design and build service.
Shazad Conception is built around clients who seek ambitious, tailored property visions and expect the highest standard of service. Our design studio manages every phase before construction commences — from feasibility studies and conceptual sketches to detailed technical drawings and full planning submissions, including prior declarations and building permits.

Stéphane
SHAZAD
In 2006, Stéphane secured both a degree in engineering as well as in management. He began his career at Bouygues Construction in Paris as site manager for the Société Générale Granite tower at La Défense, and in 2008 moved back down to the French Riviera to join the family business. He is an experienced Project Manager (maitre d’oeuvre) and has over the course of the last 15 years specialized in high-end construction, with extensive experience leading large-scale luxury villa projects across the region and managing complex technical developments such as micropile foundation systems.
A father to three little girls and former town councillor for Cannes (2014–2020), Stéphane is passionate about politics — and, since marrying an Englishwoman, has even acquired a taste for English beer.
Vanessa
SHAZAD
Vanessa started her career in finance in Paris and London after graduating in economics from Paris-Dauphine University. She was named the world’s best forecaster of Chinese statistics, in partnership with Christophe Barraud in 2017. She left Paris and joined the family business in 2019 to help develop the company and bring with her a new strategic vision.
Vanessa is always undertaking new projects, she loves Burgundy wine, the mountains in low-season and her dog Pickles.
Ramin
SHAZAD
A civil engineer from the University of Southern California and a former student of the Ecole Polytechnique de Lausanne, Ramin Shazad founded Coordination Provençale de Travaux, which later became Shazad Construction.
Initially a company specialized in structural work, it soon became a general contractor. An entrepreneur at heart, Ramin loves challenges, the finer things in life, fine wine and English cars.
