Renovation of an apartment in Le Cannet- About the project
As a renovation and construction company based on the French Riviera, we carried out a complete renovation of a 120 m² apartment located in the hills above Le Cannet, enjoying remarkable views over the bay. This project involved stripping the apartment completely bare in order to overhaul all the technical systems: the electrical wiring was completely redone to current standards and the plumbing was refurbished.
Keen to combine aesthetic quality and durability, our team replaced all the tiling, opting for contemporary tiles with a high-quality finish, laid by our own tilers. Particular attention was paid to the wet rooms, with a bathroom renovation designed to combine elegance and functionality, incorporating high-end materials and fittings.
The success of this project also relied on the rigorous coordination of the various trades: electricians, plumbers, tilers and carpenters worked hand in hand to meet deadlines and ensure perfect consistency in the execution. Each stage was supervised with the utmost care, guaranteeing an impeccable finish.
