Renovation of a modern house design - about the project
This residence, nestled in lush greenery, is tucked away in the heart of Cannes’ historic centre. Located behind a 200-year-old building that once hosted Louis XVIII, this three-storey house with a swimming pool was in urgent need of renovation to restore it to its former glory.
As the general contractor, we managed and coordinated all of the renovation work. Major projects included completely transforming the roof and mezzanine to create a fourth floor, as well as removing hundreds of cubic metres of rubble and earth under particularly challenging access conditions. This project required meticulous organisation and logistics adapted to the specificities of a secluded historic site.Once the structure had been consolidated and redistributed, we equipped the house with the most modern amenities. Fully controlled by home automation, it boasts exceptional finishes: Boffi kitchens, a gym, solid wood flooring and high-end fittings. Every technical and aesthetic choice was guided by the desire to achieve excellence and meet the standards of luxury.
This home refurbishment project in Cannes was distinguished by the complexity of the technical and architectural challenges, which we were able to meet thanks to our expertise covering all trades. The integration of the historical constraints of the site was designed in harmony with contemporary comfort, preserving the unique character of the property.
