Renovation of an apartment in Cannes - about the project
The teams at Shazad Construction have brought an apartment in the Californie district of Cannes up to date. Completely stripped back for a full renovation, this project included redesigning the spaces, choosing materials, managing the build, furnishing and even interior design. Our Parisian clients wanted a bright, colourful space in harmony with the site’s green surroundings.
As part of this apartment renovation in Cannes, we designed a high-end interior where comfort and elegance come together naturally. Optimising the volumes and opening up the spaces allowed us to capture as much natural light as possible, while noble materials and refined finishes reinforce the identity of the place. Each room has been designed to offer fluidity, balance and quality of life, transforming the flat into a luxurious setting imbued with well-being.
