Penthouse renovation cannes

Our renovation company oversaw the complete transformation of this penthouse located in the heart of Cannes city centre. The owner wanted to undertake a major renovation in order to prepare the property for sale. To meet this objective, we redesigned the layout of the flat, created a third bedroom with a sea view and optimised each space to improve both circulation and light.

We supervised all the work, which took several months to complete. The apartment was completely stripped back to allow for a full renovation: complete overhaul of the electrical and plumbing systems, replacement of the tiling and finishing touches, all in accordance with the most demanding standards. Each stage was meticulously planned to ensure a smooth project that met the client’s expectations.

Working closely with the owner, our team designed a modern and understated renovation that would appeal to the widest possible range of buyers. Every detail, from the choice of materials to the layout of the spaces, was studied by our interior designers to enhance the apartment and optimise its market potential. En tant qu’entreprise générale, nous avons piloté la rénovation de ce penthouse situé dans le centre-ville de Cannes. Son propriétaire souhaitait entreprendre une importante rénovation afin de le mettre en vente. Nous avons repensé la disposition de cet appartement et avons créé une troisième chambre avec vue sur la mer. Nous avons piloté les travaux qui ont duré plusieurs mois, l’appartement ayant été mis à nu afin de refaire l’électricité, la plomberie, le carrelage, jusqu’aux finitions. Nous avons travaillé de concert avec le client afin de faire une rénovation moderne, sobre, plaisant au plus grand nombre. C’est un pari réussi puisque l’appartement a été vendu en quelques jours.
