Renovation of a contemporary villa - About the project
Our general construction company carried out and coordinated the complete renovation of a villa located in Cap d’Antibes, one of the most prestigious sites on the French Riviera. This large-scale project required significant structural work to achieve the desired result, combining architectural standards with high-quality execution. All the structural work, masonry and hard surfacing was carried out by our own staff, ensuring control over quality and deadlines.
Among the most notable interventions, we carried out several underpinning operations to remove certain load-bearing walls with a view to opening up the interior spaces and creating a vast, bright and convivial living space. The upper floor was reinforced to accommodate a jacuzzi on the roof terrace, requiring a specific technical study and careful implementation.
The structural work was a key part of this transformation. It required complex interventions to support the building and adapt the existing structure to the new technical constraints. The structural work involved the installation of metal beams, which were precisely dimensioned and positioned to ensure stability and strength.
In terms of finishing touches, a general renovation was carried out, including plumbing, electrical, air conditioning and carpentry, to bring the house up to the luxury standards expected of a modern villa. Smart management systems now allow the entire property to be controlled by home automation, offering optimal comfort and ease of use on a daily basis.
This ambitious renovation has truly transformed the villa, making it not only modern and functional, but also perfectly suited to its natural environment and the level of comfort expected in a prestigious residence.
