RENOVATION OF A SWIMMING POOL IN THE ALPES-MARITIMES - ABOUT THE PROJECT
Our construction company successfully completed the renovation of a swimming pool located in a condominium in the immediate vicinity of Cannes. This large-scale project began with all the preparatory work: Shazad Construction took care of the demolition and masonry, essential steps to start again on solid foundations. We then laid 300 m² of Burgundy stone, chosen for its elegance and durability, as well as 500 m² of mosaic, creating a refined and timeless look.
Despite the difficult context marked by the health crisis and the first lockdown, we were able to maintain rigorous organisation and deliver the swimming pool renovation on time, in just four months. This schedule management demonstrates our commitment and our ability to effectively manage external constraints. To guarantee the quality and durability of the installations, we also undertook the renovation of the technical equipment: filtration, water treatment and circulation systems were modernised to ensure performance and comfort of use on a daily basis.
The objective of this project was clear: to offer residents an outdoor space that is aesthetic, functional and sustainable, in perfect harmony with the requirements of the condominium and the surrounding landscape. Today, this pool transformation brings real added value to the estate, offering occupants a high-quality place to relax and socialise.
